The Orbital Show Home and Garden will be located on the Graven Hill Village Development in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Shortlisted as one of eleven detached show homes, with 1900 plots available by The Graven Hill Village Development Company in 2017 and is designed by Envelope Architects Ltd. At Graven Hill the 188 hectare site encircles an ancient hill of beautiful mature woodland and the Graven Hill design scheme intends to make great use of existing landscape features to enhance the lives of residents through the provision of numerous parks, recreation grounds and a 5k exercise route. 

Bicester has excellent road and rail links South and North. London Marylebone is only 46 mins away and Birmingham just over an hour. Junction 9 of the M40 is 3 miles away. The East West Rail Project is also taking shape and will open up connections to Cambridge, via Milton Keynes and Bedford. The first phase, connecting Oxford to Bicester town centre, opened in December 2016.

There will be a new primary school (expected to open in 2020), community centre and a village green. With the potential for more amenities onsite. The thriving market town centre of Bicester, major supermarkets and the world-renowned Bicester Village designer outlet are close-by.
